These terms govern your use of Timona HUB, a product of TIMONA BMS SRL.
By creating a company, subscribing, or otherwise using Timona HUB (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Timona HUB is a business-management platform for companies. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.
You are responsible for your account and your team’s access, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you enter.
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, based on the plan and company size you choose. Applicable prices are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
New companies may start with a 14-day free trial with full access and no charge. If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, the account simply stops and you are not billed.
All fees are final. Payments and subscriptions are non-refundable — including for partial billing periods, unused time, or features you chose not to use. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund amounts already paid for the current period. This does not affect any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no attempts to breach security, and no use that harms other users or the platform. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
You own the data you put into the Service. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Notice. Privacy Notice.
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Timona HUB and TIMONA BMS SRL are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we will update this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, where TIMONA BMS SRL is established, without prejudice to mandatory rules that may apply to you.
